| My most recent visit was to have the rear shocks replaced. I arrived shortly B4 the appointed time, checked in, & my car was up on a lift at the appointed time. This review is 2 weeks AFTER the shocks were installed & I'm pleased with the improved ride & am certain the work was done RIGHT. Several years ago I had the automatic transmission flushed in a 1992 Ford E250 Cargo van. Never had any glitches with the transmission afterward. The waiting room & bathroom are clean, there is coffee available & some snacks. |

| I have used Pro 1 for my major repairs and will not use anyone else. The crew at Pro 1 Automotive is always professional and fair. We took our car in because the check engine light came on and I knew it was a knock sensor and fully expected to pay to have the sensor replaced. Paul's crew diagnosed the check engine light and with a little research discovered a technical bulletin concerning the problem and found out it was just a frayed wire. Pro 1 could have easily said the knock sensor needed to be replaced and I would have paid to have it replaced. Pro 1 has great integrity and will always use Pro 1 when it comes to major repairs. |
