| I took my wife car to Nevada Auto Diagnostics because I used them in the past, prior to the new ownership. The AWD light came on in her Honda, to it to N.A.D. they diagnosed it as a faulty solenoid and pressure switch. They said they changed the parts out and the car is good to go. We picked up the car that night and within a mile the light came on. I called and left a voice mail, they returned my call the next day and told me to drive it for a month or two and let them know the status. It never went off. Frustrated and not trusting N.A.D. I never took it back to them. Friends of my wife recommended Pro 1, so reluctantly I took to them (still not trusting anyone). Within 4 hours, Paul gave me call with a confused sounds in his voice. Be said by the invoice you provided from N.A.D. I can't tell if they did the work, there are more parts and fluid that should have been charged for this work. Which explains why the light didn't go off. I told him well, I need it fixed right, can to do that for us? He said, yes absolutely. He tried a computer reboot but the code still appeared. Parts were ordered, the car taken apart and the new parts and fluid were replaced. We picked up the car that night and the light has not come back on. I trust Pro 1 to do the job right with honest conversation about the repairs. I'll even leave their license plate doing on! Thanks to Paul and everyone at Pro 1. |
