| There is a reason I keep going back to Pro-1 and that starts with great customer service, followed by having skilled technicians working on my truck and round it off with professionalism and integrity. They deliver every time and I feel I get excellent value for what service I receive. In this day and age, any one of these attributes is a good thing. | Very grateful to have been referred to the pros at Pro1 by some work colleagues. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this shop. They will not try to sell you unneeded services. This sets them apart from and above the majority of other automotive service operations, including dealers, chains, and some independents. They have shown the utmost dependability in properly diagnosing and repairing issues with my vehicle. Really appreciate PaulS and Rachel's (service advisors) careful listening and notation skills. The service techs, with whom I have had no direct interaction, all seem to be quite competent, completing their work in a neat and efficient manner. Have been very happy with all aspects of this impeccably managed and operated service operation. |
